  1. Greetings,

May that is great and mighty guide you indefinitely. This site is excellent. I’ve long wanted to learn Ge’ez, but all the resources are captured by Western academia. I want to learn from a “native” speaker and one directly from the culture – not through some colonial legacy institution. While I do not accept that Ge’ez is “Semitic,” but rather “African” (from House of Kush/Kam), I accept that Ge’ez was the First Language and all other “African” languages close (e.g., Tigrinya) or distant (e.g., Igbo) derived from this fountain of linguistic science – that encode the mysterious of the Most High.
